We hold regular trainings on both the editorial and business components to our software during normal business hours (9:30 to 5:30pmEST weekdays), but our staff can make special arrangements upon request.
We do provide 24hr support for emergency issues, but beyond normal business hours, we ask our partners reserve contacting us unless it is a critical emergency with regarding our service.
