Trump should be ready for a warm welcome to the United Kingdom! His float dedicated to him was approved to fly over the capital during President Trump’s visit next weekend, and now he has an anthem ready for his arrival too!
Green Day’s American Idiot is in the center of a social media campaign, sought to make Green Day’s classic 2004 jam “American Idiot” the No. 1 tune in the UK by the time Trump arrives Friday. The “Get American Idiot to No.1 for Trump’s UK Visit.” has reached over 20,000 likes on Facebook, and protesters have brought this song to the No. 1 song on Amazon’s U.K. best-seller list. It’s also at No. 18 on Britain’s Official Singles Chart; according to Chart Data, it’s been bouncing in and out of the Top 10 and Top 20 ranking.
UK mid week (singles): "Three Lions" returns to #1, Drake's "In My Feelings" debuts and Green Day's "American Idiot" re-enters the top 20.

Green Day has not commented on this witty protest, however bassist Mike Dirnt previously was on board with this, back in April.
