Rapper Mac Miller has died from an apparent overdose according to several news reports.

Sources say he was found Friday afternoon by a friend in his San Fernando Valley home and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Miller’s newest album, “Swimming”, was just released on August 3. He had planned to launch a tour for his new album at the end of October.

Fans and friends have taken to social media to share their love and support for Miller and his family.

Fellow Pittsburgh native and rapper Wiz Khalifa tweeted his condolences.

Pittsburgh Steelers running back, Le’Veon Bell, also tweeted out in disbelief.
