Yoga is proven to be one of the most rejuvenating and relaxing activities you can do; it helps relieve stress and reduces muscle tension. How could such a beneficial activity get even better, you ask? Add a puppy in the mix!
A Canadian fitness company is holding class that seem like the best thing ever: puppy yoga.
According to Inner Soul Yoga’s website, “these are fun, non-serious yoga classes where beautiful puppies will run around and play and lick and climb all over us. Expect lots of giggles and fun in these classes.”
The company held classes in January and February and raised $1,000 for the Ottawa Dog Rescue and $2,350 for the Sit With Me Dog Rescue
The class is fun for everyone and is a great way to bring attention to rescued animals in need of adoption.
After registering for the classes, there is a minimum $20 donation to the Sit With Me Dog Rescue. These donations are for a great cause and will help the organization find homes for all their animals.
